About the Group

Many professionals function at a high level while quietly carrying ongoing interpersonal stress, role strain, and emotional pressure, often without a clear place to slow down or reflect on how these patterns take shape in relationships.

Over time, this kind of stress can affect mood, sleep, physical health, and a person’s sense of connection at work and beyond.

This in-person psychotherapy process group offers a structured, supportive space to explore how stress, emotions, and relational patterns show up in real-time interactions.
Rather than focusing on skills alone, the group centers on awareness, emotional flexibility, and interpersonal dynamics—how you respond to others, how roles get activated, and what becomes possible when those patterns are noticed and worked with directly.

The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician and emphasizes nervous system regulation, emotional capacity, and more sustainable ways of engaging in work and relationships.

This group may be a good fit if you are experiencing:

When insurance cannot be applied to group therapy, limited sliding scale options may be considered based on availability.
