About the Group

The end of a relationship can bring a wide range of emotional experiences—grief, anger, confusion, loneliness, or a sense of disorientation. Even when the decision to separate was clear, the adjustment process can be complex and take time.

This in-person therapy group offers a structured, supportive space to process these experiences alongside others going through similar transitions. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician and focuses on emotional regulation, relational patterns, and rebuilding a sense of stability and direction.

In addition to clinical support, the group offers a grounded space to reflect on relationship experiences, emotional responses, and patterns that may continue to shape how you connect with others moving forward.

This group may be a good fit if you are experiencing:

  • Ongoing grief, sadness, or emotional instability following a breakup or divorce

  • Difficulty letting go, moving on, or making sense of the relationship

  • Intense emotions such as anger, resentment, or guilt

  • Loneliness, isolation, or loss of structure in daily life

  • Repeated patterns in relationships that you would like to better understand
