In the age of AI, a lot of us are living with a low-grade hum of pressure—especially here in Silicon Valley. Layoff headlines are constant, the cost of living is unforgiving, and it can feel like you’re always one update away from being “less needed.” Even when nothing has happened, your system stays braced.

This experiential psychodrama workshop offers a space to slow down and explore how that pressure shapes the roles you slip into—high performer, problem-solver, caretaker, optimizer, always-on communicator—and the inner parts that keep those roles running. Through warm-ups, guided role work, embodied storytelling, and shared reflection, we’ll bring these dynamics into action and experiment with more grounded, human ways of responding. No prior psychodrama experience is needed.
