Occurs Wednesdays. Practice the power skills that make work easier—clear communication, clean boundaries, and calm, confident delivery. We’ll rehearse real scenarios, swap scripts that work, and build habits you can use at your next meeting. Skills training, not therapy; everything is opt-in and supportive.

What It Is Skills-based, experiential classes (not psychotherapy). For counseling, see Roiya Counseling. Booking Window: Opens 2 weeks ahead, closes 30 min before start. Check-in: Doors open 10 min before; no entry after 10 min. Waitlist: If full, join waitlist. If a spot opens you’ll be notified. With saved payment/credits you may be auto-enrolled; otherwise confirm quickly. Pricing Members: Use Lab credits. Non-members: Pay drop-in rate. Credit packs / Promo codes: Applied at checkout, not stackable. Tax/fees shown at checkout. Gift cards redeemable unless noted. Cancellations Standard Labs: Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before to keep credit or get refund. Late (<24h) / no-show: Credit lost / fee non-refundable. Special/Guest/Limited-seats: ≥72h notice (see event page). Cancel via confirmation email or Roiya account. Membership 1 credit per class unless noted. Expiry/rollover per plan. Upgrades apply now; downgrades next cycle. Late Arrivals Entry closes 10 min after start; late arrivals count as no-shows. Facilitators & Schedule Facilitators may be substituted; formats adjusted; classes canceled if under-enrolled. If canceled, credit/refund issued. Conduct Learning space, not therapy. Respectful, consent-based participation required. Stay home if sick; avoid strong scents. Disruptive/unsafe behavior may lead to removal without refund. Confidentiality Safe space; personal reflections may be shared. What’s shared stays in class. No clinical notes; records are admin only. Confidentiality not absolute—share with discretion. No participant photo/audio/video without consent of Roiya and all participants. Roiya media requires on-site opt-in consent. Phones & Devices Phones must be on silent before entering the Iris Room.
