Group Therapy
What is Group Therapy?
Roiya provides experiential group therapy for specific topics and communities. Groups are led by licensed therapists with expertise in trauma- responsive care and experiential methods. In a confidential, nonjudgmental space, you learn and practice together, using the group as a micro world to rehearse skills for the larger world.
