Steven Greschner

APCC (BBS #22340)
Practicing  under clinical
supervision by Dr. Jing Baer, LMFT #135141

Before transitioning into the mental health field, Steven Greschner spent decades in executive leadership within Fortune 500 technology companies. His professional background gives him a grounded understanding of the pressures many high-achieving individuals face — chronic stress, burnout, leadership demands, relationship strain, identity shifts, and the emotional toll that can accompany sustained performance and responsibility.

Steven is a disabled veteran and trauma-informed therapist with experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Prior to joining private practice, he worked within a world-renowned trauma-focused treatment setting, where he deepened his commitment to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and a greater sense of emotional balance.

Many of the clients Steven works with are professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, veterans, and individuals who appear highly functional externally while quietly struggling internally. Others come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, stuck in recurring relational patterns, or uncertain how to move forward despite years of achievement and resilience.

Steven is known for his calm, grounded, and collaborative presence. Clients often appreciate his ability to combine clinical insight with real-world understanding, creating a therapeutic space that feels both emotionally safe and practical. His approach emphasizes authentic connection, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable growth rather than quick fixes or surface-level coping.
