In person: Sessions at our Sunnyvale office. Telehealth (online): Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions available to clients physically located in California at the time of the session (per licensure rules). A great option if you’re not nearby. Note: Roiya Lab, Roiya Circle, and Roiya Intensive are in-person only and not billed to insurance.

You can access Roiya Lab workshops and Roiya Circle events in person at our Sunnyvale, CA office (830 Stewart Dr STE 115, Sunnyvale, CA 94085). Please register in advance to reserve a spot. Roiya Counseling (psychotherapy) is also offered at our Sunnyvale office. For online options, see “What counseling formats do you offer?” Reach out if you need accessibility accommodations.

We accept check, credit card, debit card, ACH, and HSA/FSA cards (plan-dependent). When you’re charged • Counseling: We keep a card securely on file in our EHR and charge 48 hours before your session. • Mental Gym (Lab, Circle, Intensive): • Drop-ins: Payment is due at booking. • Memberships: Use your plan credits to book workshops/events. Insurance & HSA/FSA • Mental Gym programs are not insurance-billable. • HSA/FSA is often eligible for counseling services (confirm with your plan). • For Mental Gym, HSA/FSA may be used only if you’re actively in treatment (at Roiya or with another licensed provider). Contact us to confirm eligibility. How your payment info is stored • Counseling: Payment details are saved and processed by our secure, HIPAA-compliant EHR payment processor. • Mental Gym: Payment details are processed and stored by our secure payment processor. For your security, Roiya never stores full card numbers on our own servers.
