About the Group
This in-person therapy group is designed for individuals in later life who are experiencing emotional challenges related to life transitions, changes in roles, or shifts in health and daily structure.
Many people find that this stage of life brings unexpected emotional weight—such as anxiety, low mood, loneliness, or a sense of disconnection—even when things appear “fine” on the outside. This group offers a structured, supportive space to work through these experiences alongside others navigating similar transitions.
The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician and focuses on emotional well-being, self-understanding, and practical ways to cope with change in later life.
