Roiya Lab is one part of our mental gym. In weekly themed workshops, you practice with embodied games and short drills, get supportive feedback, and build real-life skills you can use right away.

Deepen intimacy, repair rifts, and practice ways of being heard and understood.

Strengthen your voice at work, set boundaries, and build everyday leadership skills.
Thursdays — The Community Stage
Step into shared stories through group theater and discover fresh perspectives.
Fridays — The Emotion Gym
Work out your “emotional muscles” so stress, moods, and feelings don’t run the show.
