Mental Gym Services
The Mental Gym is Roiya’s experiential learning space for personal growth and emotional fitness. It includes Roiya Lab (weekly themed workshops), Roiya Circle (community gatherings), and Roiya Intensive (deep-dive weekend programs). Each uses role-based practice to build real-life skills and flexibility.
Counseling is clinical care with licensed therapists focused on healing and diagnosis-related goals.
The Mental Gym is educational and practice-oriented, short-term, skill-building, and open to anyone ready to learn new ways of relating and responding. It’s not medical or diagnostic and is designed to complement (not replace) counseling (If you’re deciding between the two, see the next question).
Choose the Mental Gym if you’re functioning day to day and want growth, skills, and resilience—not clinical treatment.
If you’re in acute distress or need therapy for trauma, anxiety, or depression, Roiya Counseling may be a better fit.
If you’re already in therapy, the Mental Gym can be a complement; we can coordinate with your clinician with your written consent.
